AYAN is an independent film exploring identity, belonging, and the connection to one's cultural roots through the experiences of young people from Yakutia navigating life in the United States.

I contributed to the film both behind and in front of the camera, working as a cinematographer and appearing as a cast member. The project brought together visual storytelling and personal experiences to explore themes of cultural identity, distance, and the meaning of home.

In October 2026, AYAN was selected for the Bushwick Film Festival in New York City, where I attended the festival and represented the film.
